I signed my first pet up and I was completely happy and satisfied with everything. I decided to sign the second pet and still everything has been great very responsive very easy to file claim and also you get your claim back very fast 100% satisfied

PetsBest made filing a claim super quick and super easy!
I had a claim to file for my puppy. I was able to do it quickly and easily online. I received a response within a couple days it was approved and the money was deposited directly into my account.

Falsely led on to get care with no reimbursement
After receiving an email stating my benefits were in full effect, I come to find out that I actually had to wait 6 months before that was true.

It Was Very Quick And Easy To Fil...
It was very quick and easy to file my claim! I did it right online. I received a response almost immediately letting me know my claim was received. A couple days later, I received an email it was approved and the money was deposited right into my account. Thank you Pets Best!!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
