Best pet insurance ever!
I was very apprehensive before purchasing pet insurance. There are a lot of negative reviews out there however Pets Best had great reviews and so we went with them. This is by far the best pet insurance ever! We have never had any issues with premiums, filing claims or just reaching out to customer service with questions. I am very pleased with this company and will continue to keep this policy. We are going to be getting another puppy soon and you can bet we will be purchasing another policy for that pup as well. Thanks so much!!!

We love Pets Best
Our pup Murphy was diagnosed with valley fever. We had vet and lab and medication costs. Pets Best processed our claim very fast. We love Pets Best.

Pets Best has been wonderful
Pets Best has been wonderful. I am glad I chose them to insure my dogs through. The claims process is simple and reimbursement is completely fair. Love it!!! I refer everyone I know to purchase per insurance and always to go through pets best.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
