Pets Best reimbursed for two surgeries

Our six year old dog tore his ACL and MCL in one leg and two months later tore the other leg. A friend’s dog had same surgery with insurance from another provider and they were denied coverage. Pets Best reimbursed us for both surgeries. We were so very happy. That was the first time we had used the insurance and well with the six years of being a member.

Quick turn around

All my claims I have made were easy and the turn around time letting me know my claim had been received and the decision was quick. I wasn't sure what medical problems Shayla would have because she is a rescue and you never know when you don't have records of the dog. With Pet Best, I am confident they will be by Shayla's side all the way no matter how big or small her medical problems might be. When I have called a representative, they have been very courteous and very helpful.

Happy with Pets Best

I am extremely happy with Pet's Best. Claims are reviewed and paid very quickly. On the rare occasion I talk to your support desk, they are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Excellent company!

I signed up for Pets Best the day I brought home my rescue cat. I was told he was ten years old but they had no medical history other than he was neutered. I am so glad I signed up. Turns out he has chronic bacterial problems with his kidneys, liver and urinary tract. He's eleven now and although we are at the vet several times a year he is doing quite well (love him dearly) and my pocket book isn't overwhelmed with the expense. I would recommend Pets Best to everyone. Excellent company!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
