Pleasantly surprised

Very easy to use
My puppy just went for her annual checkup. All of her vaccinations and yearly checks were included in the claim that I submitted. Pets Best once again was very easy to use and covered all of her yearly checkup expenses. Thank you Pets Best!

Got the treatment we needed
It was very scary when I took my cat to the vet, thinking I would just need to switch the food he was eating, and instead found out that he would need surgery the next day. There is no way I could've possibly afforded the surgery and all the follow up care if I didn't have insurance for him, and I probably would have lost my best friend if he couldn't have had the surgery. This has obviously been a terribly stressful and scary situation, but it would have been so much worse if I had to worry about finding a way to cover the costs on my own.

Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
