Best Pet Insurance
I compared multiple pet insurance providers and found Pets Best to have the most options and comprehensive coverage. I initially bought for my dog but soon after adopted a kitten. Adding her to the insurance was painless and affordable. I even received a small credit back on the insurance I paid for my dog. I highly recommend Pets Best.

I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with Pets Best Health Insurance!!
Our little 6-pound Yorkie got extremely ill - on a holiday weekend - we had to take her to the emergency vet, & they kept her for two days. She had a fever of 105 when we got there! We truly thought we were going to lose her, and she’s only 10 months old!
The awesome staff at the vet were able to bring her back to good health, and Pets Best Health Insurance reviewed our claim, which was a large amount, and refunded us 80% of the bill!!

Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
