Relieves vet bill stress

I went for a re check visit to see how me pet was doing with a pinched nerve in her back. With the meds she was on we decided to do blood work. To our surprise her liver values where super high. So we did ultrasound and found a mass. With all the test and then surgery to remove it. All went well. Filled claim and was paid super quickly. Thank you for helping to relieve the stress from the vet Bill's. I highly recommend pets best. I tell anyone who have fur babies to check in to this company for pet insurance. It's truly pets best!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Fast, caring and supportive response to my claim.

I've had my four (4) cats insured with Pets Best since November 2018. The cost of their premiums is very reasonable, as all of my cats at that time were under the age of five. When my oldest cat, Oscar, required eye surgery recently...Pets Best was very easy to use. The filing process with documentation is easy (assuming you have a scanner) and their response time was very good. In the interim, I was always kept apprised of the progress of my claim. I did have need to utilize the on-line chat feature of their website and it helped greatly answering my questions with understandable and concise answers.

First time claim, very satisfied with the process and decision. To file the claim took less than 5 minutes. The amount went towards my deductible.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
