Very Pleased!
When we first took our dog home a few years ago, I went with a pet insurance company that was highly rated online. 1 year later I was burned by them doubling our monthly premiums despite having ZERO long term complications with our dog. Only routine vet visits. I made the switch due to my company offering an employee deal. I was very hesitant to go with a large insurance company, assuming that Nationwide was going to be much more focused on their larger book of business (Home, Auto, Etc.) Since switching to Nationwide I have been amazed each step of the way. They are very quick with handling claims and every customer service representative I have spoken to have been incredible. I am very happy with my switch!
