Very Pleased!
When we first took our dog home a few years ago, I went with a pet insurance company that was highly rated online. 1 year later I was burned by them doubling our monthly premiums despite having ZERO long term complications with our dog. Only routine vet visits. I made the switch due to my company offering an employee deal. I was very hesitant to go with a large insurance company, assuming that Nationwide was going to be much more focused on their larger book of business (Home, Auto, Etc.) Since switching to Nationwide I have been amazed each step of the way. They are very quick with handling claims and every customer service representative I have spoken to have been incredible. I am very happy with my switch!

Easy to File Claims, Quick & Efficient Service
We've been a Nationwide pet insurance policy holder for many years with two dogs. The service is quick and efficient and claims are easy to file. Reimbursements and explanation of benefits are handled promptly as well.

Nationwide has made is very easy during Ellie’s surgery.
It is my first time having insurance on my pet. Ellie broke her leg and needed surgery. Nationwide made it very easy to submit a claim and get reimbursed.
