My nation wide pet agent was so incredibly helpful and explained my policy very simply for me to understand! He was very kind and compassionate towards me and my bunny, too!

When I called i was able to speak to a Eric, a human that was very knowledgeable and polite. He wasn't trying to push me into buying the insurance and answered all my questions.
