Very satisfied with Nationwide.
Even though Molly is only 11 months old and the only claims submitted by my Vet. were for spaying and gastroplex procedure,and her Heartgard/Nexgard pills,but reimbursement was made within weeks. I made the mistake of discontinuing coverage on my last dog. Won't happen again. Nationwide has been great so far.

A rue life saver
I have this insurance through my employer. I am so glad I signed up for it because it has been a true life saver! I do not have to worry about balancing vet bills into my budget. I never have to worry again about maybe one day having to make a tough choice between keeping my precious beagle alive with an expensive vet bill or getting behind of living expenses.
I am truly appreciative for this service and recommend it to every pet owner I meet.

Large dog claim taken care of
Thanks to Nationwide Pet Insurance, our dog Riley was able to have almost all of her emergency vet surgery covered! We were not expecting to have the surgery and were so relieved when we found out it was covered!!! Would have been $1500 out of pocket for us but we ended up only paying $250!

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
