The representative was very knowledgable
The representative was very knowledgable and explained everything very well, answered all of my questions and provided all of the pricing info I asked for. He explained the plan in simple terms and provided susinct detail.

Poor policy
Telling your customers that their dog would not be covered for any pre-existing conditions is a horrible business model and makes no sense. Why would someone get pet insurance if the insurance is not gonna cover what they need the insurance for?

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
