Strongly dislike policy coverage changed to 80% and that our existing policy was extended to our new dog
Strongly dislike that the policy changed to 80% coverage for the same price of our existing one that is at 100% coverage for our other dog. It would have been great as a 15 yr customer that you all honor our existing policy for our new pup given our customer loyalty and legacy. Greatly disappointed and ask that extend our existing policy to our new dog.
