We were very close to contacting the better business bureau and dropping the insurance all together because of the claim hassle

I was very upset with the way you tried to wiggle out of paying for Maples surgery. I have heard similar stories from other coworkers that said they would not continue with the coverage if it happens again. We dont have an option to pay our premiums, you shouldnt have an option to pay for incidents like that. There was no pre-existing other that her being a puppy who likes to chew and eat everything!

Thankful for the support during a scary time.

You purchase insurance hoping to never need to use it but when you do, you are so grateful it's there. My 3 year old baby went from a small cough to lethargic and very ill almost overnight. I rushed her in only to find she had pneumonia and needed hospitalization. I am so graetful for the good medical care and that she is now on the mend. She's not quite herself but on the road to being. I had so much worry for her and not once did I have to worry about the insurance coverage. Nationwide had already proven themselves to be easy and appropriate in my past dealings. It was nice focusing on my pup instead of coverage being a concern.
