Easy and worth the money!
Our Atlas seems to be needing a lot of medical attention for one thing or another and having the insurance sure makes the decisions for his treatments a lot easier! With a big dog comes big bills and the insurance sure lessons the burden.

Excellent Customer Service!
The reimbursement turnaround is amazingly quick which is alway a good thing! I usually have it back in two weeks! The ease of submitting my claims for JayDee is appreciated and takes like 5 minutes using the pre-filled forms online.

Excellent!
My puppy has unfortunately had a number of issues/testing early on. Nationwide has covered everything they said they would and processed the claims easily and quickly! No complaints at all and so glad I got nationwide!

uncomplicated peace of mind
We have had several different Pet Insurance companies over the years to cover our rescue dogs and Nationwide is by far the most affordable, easiest to work with while providing peace of mind for us when we have health issues with our pets. We appreciate the coverage and the ease of dealing with them.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
