Efficient
Nationwide made the claim process easy and were very responsive. I also enjoy receiving the Pet newsletters which contains some good info for pet owners. I’ve recommended my family and friends who have pets to consider switching to Nationwide. Great customer service.

Great claim coverage
I’ve been with them since 2005, when they one of only a couple of choices. Researcher other companies recently for new puppy, and sticking with them.
They have easy to understand comprehensive coverage for almost every expense. And they provide a consistent list of all conditions and amounts covered. Premiums have paid for themselves every year. Great customer service, knowledge of your pet, and no disputed claims.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
