Terrible follow-up and pure lack of customer respect
I have been a long time pet policy holder at Nationwide. Apparently they changed the structure of their policies and although I agreed to the new terms, the policy renewal payment was not processed. I never received any notification of the lapse and when I discovered this, I contacted Nationwide to follow-up. They treated my pet as a new policy holder and had no consideration for me even though my second pet had coverage. BTW - their coverage is awful
