Excellent Customer Service
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the care and follow-up I recieved from Brenda. Apparently there were computer programing issues regarding my plan and she got the issues resolved and reached out to me multiple times over a few weeks to keep me updated on the progress. I am hopeful that Nationwide knows what a valuable employee Brenda is. Thank You!
