Insurance is making it so much easier to give my dog the care it needs!
Nationwide insurance reimburses my Vet bills in a very timely fashion. We have no issues at all. Such a relieve to not have to worry about giving by pets the care they need, routine or illness! Thank you Nationwide!

Collapsed trachea should be covered
Had pet insurance for over 15 yrs all ready with 3 dogs. Collapsed Trachea should be covered. I brought Louie to the vet he was coughing bad & has at times hard time breathing.

This is why we insure!
A young healthy hound-mix might not look like she needs coverage, but a single 'dietary indiscretion' resulted in a holiday weekend in hospital plus several weeks' convalescence -- and a four-digit vet bill! The hospital kindly submitted my claim for me, and Nationwide remitted all but our modest deductible, direct-deposit to my bank even before my credit card statement arrived. This is why we insure! Thanks, Nationwide!

Thank you so much for providing us with your excellent pet insurance. I tell everyone I’ve ever met how glad we are to have it. You saved our dog Spot’s life when he had an arrhythmia ablated and I may never card do much about any company as I do Nationwide. I would do anything to support you. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
