Amazing
I have written before when our other dog, Heather died and you sent a card and reimbursed for four days left on our policy, which would never have occurred to me. Nationwide is the BEST. I have posted on facebook to all our friends about our very positive experiences with Nationwide. I cannot thank you enough. Your company is unbelievably awesome. You really do show that you care. Thank you.

Simple and efficient process at a stressful time
I didn't expect the process of submitting a claim to be so simple. I used my phone and took pictures from the paperwork or online. This was particularly important at such a stressful time as Sam was very sick. The submissions took literally a couple of minutes, they were processed promptly and I received the money back with no further questions asked. I have had the insurance policy for years and was lucky enough not to have to use it before now, I'm thankful I chose Nationwide all those years ago.

Claims Process and Service

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
