Easy to get claims processed
My animal hospital transmits all my claims electronically to Nationwide and the turnaround time from time of submission to claim payment is about 3 weeks.

Awesome!
Gus is doing well thank you. He had the Girardia parasite. The medicine took care of the issue. His recent tests showed he is fee of the parasite.

Friendly, easy, fair
My first experience with nationwide was the telephone customer service rep(s). Both were very knowledgeable and very very personable. I could tell that they love animals. The claims process was easy, and very fair. Fairly quick I must say.
I had difficulty uploading my files onto your web service. After I entered my email address, I never got a code via email. I tried 8-10 times. Never happened. So I had to mail the claim in.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
