When I first began submitting claims approximately 3 years ago, the turn-around time was great. However, it became much slower. But now it has returned to the reason that I refer other pet owners to Nationwide. I pray that they will continue to offer a quick turnaround because other companies are very slow based upon what other pet owners have expressed.

I originally had two Dobermans they were litter-mates and they were both insured by nationwide it was actually VPI when I got it. And unfortunately one of my Doberman was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at the age of six having his insurance give me the opportunity to help him medically and he lived for almost a year after his diagnosis. Now his brother is nine and I recently had to have a tumor removed that showed signs of melanoma and again because of this insurance I was able to take care of my best friend. So I’ve had this insurance for nine years I would do it all over for future canines and I have already referred people to this company and they have taken advantage of the opportunity. Thank you for caring about our best friends .
