Excellent service
I had not made a claim on our pet insurance, because I was worried the online claim process would be laborious. Our personal health insurance website isn't user friendly, but my assumptions about Nationwide were wrong. I made several claims quickly and easily online. I got fast responses and fast payments.

Exclusions
