WOULD NOT BE WITHOUT NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE

I choose Nationwide Pet Insurance right after Max’s first puppy visit on the recommendation of his Vet. They send the claims directly to Nationwide and they sends the reimbursements to me in a timely manner. I am thrilled with their customer service. Would not live without Nationwide Pet Insurance!

Thankful to have Nationwide Pet Insurance

So thankful to have Nationwide Pet Insurance and your wonderful coverage. Appreciate so much your acceptance of so many of the claims and payment. We have a new problem that happened end of February that Sasha Rose never had happen before: Broke a bone in her little toe on left front paw walking on the crusty snow. Thankful appears to be making progress and no additional injury. Sure different not being able to get outside and play ChurckIt. Blessings, Naomi K. Thank you Nationwide for helping me with my fur baby!

I sit here crying writing this. My poor baby is at the vet as we speak. She has been having stomach pain and vomiting it seems like every other week for the past couple months. It is heartbreaking! Nationwide has saved my life with giving me no hassle on the claims I have sent in for her visits. I really appreciate this company more than you know. I have been recommending everyone I know to use Nationwide. Thank you so much with all my heart!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
