After nine years of loyalty, consistently paying my premiums in full, Nationwide abruptly eliminated my policy—with no option to grandfather it in. Instead, they’re now pushing a “modular” plan that sounds flexible but is far less comprehensive. I was able to do the whole thing on line and payment is auto deducted from my paycheck.

Once I found my policy plan it was very easy to navigate the site to get my quote.

My experience over the phone was excellent—everything was quick, clear, and explained thoroughly. The representative was friendly and helpful. The only small hiccup was that my Bearded Dragon’s name was spelled incorrectly on the policy, but overall I’m very happy with the service.

I feel like it is pointless to call, there never seems to be a good answer for rate increases or cost discrepancies. They just basically say you are screwed, good luck changing things at the next enrollment period!
