We’ve had very good experiences with this insurance

I truly can’t say enough good things about MetLife Pet Insurance. I am absolutely over the moon with how incredible this company has been. The app is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple to submit claims and track progress. Every claim I’ve submitted has been evaluated quickly and transparently. And when I’ve needed to call, I’ve spoken with genuinely kind and empathetic representatives—real people who understand what it means to love a pet like family. Right now, I’m facing something I never imagined: one of my dogs is battling cancer. It’s heartbreaking and overwhelming. But through this terrible chapter, MetLife has lifted an enormous weight. Their coverage has removed the financial burden and stress, allowing me to focus on my dog’s care—not the cost. Without this insurance, I don’t know how I could have afforded the treatments he needs. Because of MetLife, his shot at life is possible. This is more than just pet insurance—it’s peace of mind, it’s compassion, it’s real support when you need it most. I am forever grateful.

It is easy to submit claims and the money is reimbursed within days.

I don’t like that your employees can’t tell me if my pet’s procedure will be covered or not. Especially when my vet gives me an entire breakdown of everything needed to be done.

New member, first claim, but it's been over 10 days and I have heard noting about my claim. I also have no way to upload banking info for ach transfer. We will see how this goes.
