Wrongfully denied claims
The claim was for nextguard plus. I buy it annually and never have an issue.. this year my bc
Aim was denied multiple times stating I needed to submit and invoice. Each time I submitted and invoice. Then I would call and get confirmation what I submitted was exact what was needed !and what was exactly what I sent in past years. A full invoice with my information, my vet information, medication, h dog name and proof of payment. After multiple calls and submissions it was finally approved and nobody can explain what the issue was.
