MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

That’s my first dog and first pet insurance. I did a lot of research and chose MetLife medical plus wellness. My experience has been positive. They have been pretty quick in processing and paying my claims, maybe with one reasonable exception. No big challenges though. They have been reliable for the last one year, which is what is important to me and I plan to continue using them.

Friendly customer service, and great assistance when I needed it. Easy forms to fill out, and I mail my claims as I am too old to figure out how to do it online.

They get your claims taken care of in a week and their plans are get I had a different company that took forever and did not cover a lot of things definitely recommend them to all pet parents!
