We have had a great experience with MetLife Pet Insurance. We have 3 Newfoundlands and trust me vet care is expensive even more so with giant breed dogs. The service is quick and they are always there if you have questions. Thank you MetLife Pet

Overall great experience

Overall great experience, but the last claim that was processed had issues. Invoice I uploaded was not received. When I added it the next day, it caused the claim to be delayed and it took 3 weeks to receive payment. This was after multiple calls. I know take screenshots to prove what was uploaded, since I can't rely on your systems.
