MetLife Pet insurance has been highly supportive and has reimbursed me for many Vet visits over the last few months. As my best friend (Miss Emma-Yellow Lab) was diagnosed with Diabetes as 10 year old dog recently. Most importantly, the exams and treatments can get expensive; I am relieved to have a strong partner and that can help improve Emma’s quality of life; and I can get financial help to cover a significant portion of Emma’s Vet bills . MetLife has been stealing money from me for the past few months. I’ve been making payments on my policies and I call to ask about a claim and they tell me my policy has been canceled. I never received a cancellation notice, and they continue to take my money out of my account from the autopay. What’s going on??? Usually I have great service with them but this policy confusion issue has been going on for months now and they still have yet to get back with me and fix the issue. My pets have vet claims and I either need a refund of my stolen money for my fake policy that apparently never existed or they need to reinstate the policy that I never canceled and have been paying. I’ve called 3 times now in the past few weeks and still no solution. Very disappointing.
