Incredibly efficient claim review time

Incredibly efficient claim review time. Submitted my extensive claim Monday 12/22 and received the reimbursement by 12/26/25 EVEN WITH THE HOLIDAYS! I've been with metlife for 2 years now and I don't have a single complaint.

Excellent Mobile App!

MetLife pet insurance is very easy to use and effective! After I take my dog to the vet, I take a photo of the receipt from the vet and upload it to the mobile app. Once it is reviewed by one of the associates I get my claim payment in a few days. It is as easy as that! A very straight forward process, cannot recommend them enough!
