The process is very easy. Upload documents and the process begins. An EOB is provided to explain exactly what is covered and what is not with a detailed explanation. If you disagree with something you can call their customer service and ask them to review it again.

It’s the most inexpensive policy I could find, there is no information where or how I will get my money back on the veterinary service, where do I send my invoices? Telephone number for correspondence? Etc..
