I was so grateful (and surprised) when such a substantial part of my dog's dental work was covered by Met Life. I have repeatedly had really positive experiences with speedy claims action. (And this is after 5 cats and two dogs)

Metlife pet insurance has always been easy to work. My claims have always been handled quickly with email update as to the progress.

Do not recommend this carrier

Terrible front facing data for customers- very generic. Repeated denials for bogus claims which require tons of effort and time on the consumer and Practitioner. Requires time wasted sitting on hold to speak to someone to actually see resolution. Denials for "preexisting conditions" are mostly bogus.
