Make decisions based on health, not cost
Helpful customer service. Helps me feel empowered to make decisions for my pets based on their health, not the cost. Very helpful for taking care of my kitty who we learned needs to eat a specialty food moving forward - MetLife works with my vet to cover a lot of the cost.

Quick Claim Return
MetLife pet insurance is the pet insurance everyone should have, whether it’s routine check ups/procedures or an emergency, MetLife will be there. Nothing but good things to say. I’ve had a policy with them for about two years now and the turn around for your reimbursement is super quick.

Highly recommend MetLife Pet!!!
We absolutely love MetLife Pet Insurance! I believe the premium is competitive with comparable policies with other carriers. Their claims process is super easy and reimbursements are quick to be paid out! Making changes (adding/removing pets) to our policies has been a breeze. Their customer service is always great as well. I’ve only had to reach out a couple of times, but each CSR was always very friendly, personable, and very helpful. We always recommend MetLife Pet Insurance to friends and family who have pets!
