I’ve had MetLife 2-years now for our French Bulldog. She has more routine vet visits than any other dog we’ve had. I submit claims frequently and I’ve never had one denied (preventative or urgent visits). Our plan with MetLife reimburses at 90%. Reimbursement occasionally takes longer than estimated, but never excessively. Direct deposits to account. I’d say overall I’ve been pleased with my pet insurance.

MetLife has truly impressed me with their pet insurance services. The entire experience, from signing up to submitting claims, has been remarkably smooth. I found the registration process incredibly easy and user-friendly, which set a positive tone from the start.
When it came to submitting claims, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the system. The turnaround time for processing my claims was exceptional; I received a refund within 24 to 48 hours, if not even quicker. This level of service not only alleviated my concerns about financial burdens related to my pet's health but also reinforced my confidence in choosing MetLife.
