Claims have always been paid as promised. I just upload a copy of the invoice and doctor’s note and they are paid without question. Occasionally there have been delays in the past, but lately payment has been coming pretty quickly (less than a week)

My claim was covered and im very happy as this is an amazing company who takes care of business within a matter of time

It’s not right how you are quoted a price and it changes each and every year between 20-30 dollars. I’m going on 3 years with met life and since my initial quote it’s gone up almost 50 dollars. It’s going to get to the point where I can no longer afford insurance for my pet and unfortunately, it will be at a time in his life where it’s needed the most. Met Life should really look into locking in prices, especially for customers that have been with them for long periods of time.
