Extremely satisfied
I’ve been using Met Life for my cat’s coverage, and I’m genuinely impressed. The claims process has been consistently fast—each time I’ve submitted a claim, I’ve received updates and reimbursements much quicker than expected. It’s reassuring to know that when my cat needs care, the support is prompt and reliable.
The website is also a standout feature. It’s incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to file claims, check coverage details, and track reimbursements. I appreciate how intuitive the layout is—no digging around for information or getting lost in confusing menus.
