I called customer service to change my account number for reimbursement . The representative sounded exasperated with me she sent me the email link ro make the change I asked her to wait on the line until I received it to avoid me having to call again. Waited a few minutes did not get the link she did not inform me it could take up to 30 minutes ro receive. So I waited on the line with her ( I thought) after 5 or 6 minutes I asked are you still there she was gone just hung up said nothing to me. I eventually received the link and made the change. You raise your prices every year the least you can provide is courteous service .
