I was submitting 3 claims at once
I was submitting 3 claims at once, but initially I only saw 2 in the system. So, I accidently submitted one of them twice. I went back into my account and saw that there were 4 claims. I used the online chat to ask what happens when you make a mistake. It didn't take long to get a response and was assured that they wouldn't process the same claim twice.
