Terrible Experience
I am baffled how everyone seems to have a great experience with MetLife Pet Insurance except for my family. We've submitted all the correct documentation, even jumping through hoops to submit larger files (how are you going to require a year of SOAP notes, but none of your document submission tools support large files???), and had our claim closed due to "not providing the correct documentation." When we tried to appeal the claim, we had the exact same experience, except this time their Customer Experience team claimed we'd hear back in 1-5 days and we...never did. I'm not even sure our appeal made it into the queue. Absolutely absurdly frustrating!
