MetLife | Pet Insurance Review

The coverage appears to be very good-at least on paper. I guess how they handle a claim when there is an opportunity to file one will be the proof. For the benefits they claim to cover, I thought the premium was competitive. I look forward to seeing how they treat me as a customer!

After submitting my initial claims they were delayed pending submitting the veterinarian notes and after submitting them I was then asked to submit the initial documents for my puppy then eventually I received a partial reimbursement after over a period of a month since I initially submitted my claims.. So l am just amazed and surprised why wasn’t I asked to submit everything from the very beginning to save me time. The overall process was so very lengthy without valid reason.

Very happy with Petlife. Very easy to submit claims and payments are received fast.

My experience has been great with MetLife Pet Insurance except the fact that my monthly insurance payments keeps increasing without me being told before the increase is added to my billing.
