It is so easy to submit claims.....

It is so easy to submit claims with this company. Also I could not believe their quick turn-around time from the day I submitted to the day I received direct payment into my bank account......3 days!!!! MetLife is great!

Great purchase

I wasn't sure if pet insurance would be worth it because I've heard mixed things. I've heard it doesn't cover stuff and is difficult to navigate. I've been relieved that is not the case with MetLife. The plan has covered exactly what I thought it would. It's easy to submit claims via an app and the payments are extremely timely. I will be continuing this coverage in future years.
