Check-up/shots - Podgie - almost 4 yrs old
Upon submitting the claim for my dog, the App froze up a few times. After this happened twice, I closed the App and resubmitted the claim and it worked like a charm.

I was very hesitant about getting pet…
I was very hesitant about getting pet insurance for our frenchie now had it but always had a furkid . After doing some searching and talking with one of your representatives who was very friendly I decided to get insurance from Metlife. I have submitted 3 claims and the refund it turnaround is awesome.
