Quick to process claims

I’ve had a great experience with MetLife pet insurance. Claims are very easy to submit through their app. They are quick to process claims. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet that frequently visits the vet.

Being Honest

Being honest has me, as your usual subscriber, wishing the monthly fees were less and the coverage was more. Having said that I am very happy in that I found MetLife Pet Insurance when I my two Corgis came into my life. My claims and a couple phone call discussions have all gone smoothly. Your phone representatives are great, both personal and professional which makes discussions go smoothly.
