Great customer service

Great customer service, decent turn around times and easy claim submission. I have had other pet insurance in the past and Met Life has been the best one. I love the family plans since I have multiple pets.

Easy claim process

Submitting a claim is easy and it’s simple to keep track of the progress of the claim. On one occasion, I had to talk to customer service regarding a past claim and they were very helpful, walking me through the process and helping me realize what was missing.
