Excellent Claim Experience
I had a pet insurance plan with another carrier for 14 years and my experience is settling claims was probably a 3 or 4. That was because I sometimes need to resubmit the claim because the doctor's notes were not detailed enough or they needed additional information. Once that was done I did get paid. MetLife is so much easier to work with. Claims are processed in a reasonable period of time. The claims submission process is easy. Payment comes quickly. The one time I called to ask a question is was easy to get through to a representative. The summary of payments that are available is a helpful tool. I am glad that I have had MetLife for about 3 months for my 5 month old puppy.
