I spoke with an outstanding ,patient and caring reprehensive when I was having an issue with my password. She walked me thru the process and took the time to listen to me about the losses of my sister and my dog within a few weeks of each other. ThIs made me know that Met Life pet insurance was the right choice for my rescue puppy

Good experiences
I’m very happy with Met Life. It has been quick and consistent. The first claim I put in took a little time and A LOT of paperwork, but i understand that they needed as much info as possible. Since then, it has been smooth and easy. I’m very happy with them
