Wonderful Customer Service.
The representatives that I worked with was amazing. Jacqueline helped me combine the reports for my claim. She also assisted me in finding had two accounts and have been paying double for over 3 years. She Transferred me to Kyle who was able to add my work discount to my original policies. They were able to get me a refund for the over payment.

Easy to submit claims. Prompt responses & overall company easy to deal with. My dog has had a fair amount of medical challenges & I am grateful to have MetLife.
