So Happy with this business
I previously had another insurance that was a complete disaster. I've had this one for a couple of months and just submitted my first claim. It was so easy and simple. Whenever I have any type of questions I can call and they are ready to help out, there customer service is amazing. I'm so happy with this pet insurance!

Amazing Pet Insurance.
Hello to everyone out there,
I got MetLife Pet Insurance through my company's offering, and it is very safe to say that I am so happy that I did. I could not ask for a better Pet Insurance Company. I took my puppy to a vet due to his not eating and pooping diarrhea and a little blood and the vet cost me a little over a thousand dollars. I made a claim for the vet bill and within approx. 10 days, they sent me a check for almost $900. I cannot imagine what I would do without my insurance. Especially in these tough times. I strongly suggest you guys check MetLife out. Take care!

I have experienced frustration at times with the filing. Getting the correct documents from the physician required to process the claim has been difficult.
