Simple
The claim process is simple each and every time. I’ve only had one mishap where the automated system didn’t read the full date on one of my invoices so the claim was denied. I called up and within minutes had a live person on the line who escalated the problem and flagged my claim for live review. That being said; for an automated process; I’m not the happiest with having to wait 10 business days for an approval/denial with every stinkin claim.

Claim submission is very user friendly…
Claim submission is very user friendly from the app. Updates are easy to follow and the time to process claims is fast. Never had and issue with Metlife. They work very good.

Submitting a claim
Getting the help I needed to submit my claim. I was unable to download the required documents, so I scanned them to my computer and then attached them to an email to submit my claim. My claim was reviewed and processed in record time. I think it was about 5 days, and payment was deposited into my account.
