Pleasantly Surprised!

I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for my dog for 1 year. I am so glad I chose this company, claim processing is easy, payments are quick and the few times I've had to contact for clarification they have been very responsive! There are so many pet insurance companies out there and it can be difficult to choose, but I can say I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance for their cost, customer service and claims processing.
