Family plan is nice for multiple pets…
Family plan is nice for multiple pets owner, but the claim reviewer always mark my pharmacy invoice as duplicate and never process my prescription reimbursement along with my hospital visit. I had to initiate another claim for that separately, which is annoying.

3 different fax # return as undeliverable, chat agent would not give any info. Due to one letter in my last name incorrect from your end. Never received refund for feline leukemia and rabies submitted in Aug.

MetLife Pet is great. They care about my two dogs and its so easy to submit a claim. They are so helpful and always there to help.
